扬州天宝集团是国内早引进制造移动馈电系列产品和物流输送以及物料搬运的专业厂家之一，公司现有员工500余人，其中工程技术人员的比例占公司员工的25%。集团公司下设研究所、技术工程部、市场发展部、 售后服务部、质量保证中心等八个部处和六个生产车间。公司依靠科技进步和产品创新，使产品规模不断扩大，目前已具有规模生产能力的主要产品有：移动馈电、低压电气、自动化控制、箱式变电站、物流输送、涂装处理、变频调速和烟机配件等10大系列100多个品种。1998年人/年均生产总值已突破25万元。名列江苏省制造行业的前列。
